Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At S.T. Waykar Fancy Saree, we take great care to deliver quality products. As our items are apparel and fabric-based products, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds on any orders.
- Replacement is the only resolution, subject to eligibility conditions mentioned below.
2. Replacement Eligibility
Replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Product received in a damaged or defective condition
All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.
3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide a parcel opening video that meets the following criteria:
- Recording must start before opening the package
- Video must be continuous (no cuts, edits, pauses, or screen breaks)
- Parcel label, opening process, and product condition must be clearly visible
⚠️ Replacement requests without a valid parcel opening video will not be accepted.
4. Replacement Request Timeline
- Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be considered, regardless of reason.
5. Items Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement will not be provided for:
- Minor colour variations due to screen or lighting differences
- Slight variations in fabric texture or feel
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Expectations mismatch
- Damage due to washing, wear, or improper handling after delivery
6. Condition of Product for Replacement
If a replacement request is approved:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and untampered
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Products returned in used or altered condition will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
7. Replacement Process
- Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email within 48 hours of delivery
- Share the parcel opening video for verification
- Upon approval, return instructions will be provided
- Replacement will be dispatched after the returned product is received and verified
