6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Replacement is provided only in the following cases:

    • Product received in damaged condition

Replacement requests must comply with the conditions below:

  • A clear parcel opening video without cuts or edits is mandatory.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • For cancellation requests before dispatch, customers must contact us immediately.
  • Acceptance of cancellation is subject to order status and discretion of the business.
