REFUND, RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At S.T. Waykar Fancy Saree, we take great care to ensure quality. Since our products are delicate apparel items, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy.
1. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Only replacement is provided (if eligible).
2. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will be provided only if:

Wrong product received
-
Product is damaged or defective on arrival
3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
To claim a replacement, the customer must:

Record a parcel opening video from the moment the packet is received.

The video must be:
-
Continuous (no cuts/pauses/edits)
-
Clearly showing the parcel, opening, and product condition
-
Claims without parcel opening video will not be accepted.
4. Timeline for Replacement Request

You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the order.

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
5. Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement will not be entertained for the following reasons:

Slight colour difference (due to screen/lighting)
-
Slight difference in fabric feel
-
Change of mind
-
“I expected something different”
-
Misuse, washing damage, or wear & tear
6. Condition of Returned Product
If a replacement is approved:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

Any used product will be rejected and returned back to customer.
7. Exchange Process

Contact us on phone/WhatsApp/email within 2 days.

Share parcel opening video.

If approved, we arrange or guide the return shipment.

Replacement will be dispatched after we receive and verify the returned product.
