  • Slight colour or feel variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • We accept online payments via our authorized payment gateways.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–7 business days.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund

  • We do not offer refunds on any orders.

  • We only offer replacement in case of:

    • Wrong product received

    • Damaged product received

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customer must record a parcel opening video (without cuts/edits) before opening the package.

  • Report issues within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact for replacement.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • For cancellation requests before dispatch, contact us immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All images, content, and product descriptions on the website are our property and cannot be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
